Training

Squad Sessions

  • Each of our squads conduct 2 sessions per week. Sessions are developed by accredited run coaches and provide great variety. Sessions include intervals, fartlek, tempo runs, strength, speed work and hill training.

 

  • Every 6 weeks squads will conduct a time trial to see how you are progressing.

 

Sunday Runs

  • Our Sunday runs are the perfect opportunity to build a long run into your training. Distances range from 5km up to 35km and you are provided with coaching support, hydration and snacks along the way. Post run we also provide fruit, drinks and snacks to start the recovery process.
