Running Fit Coaching provides specific run technique sessions with experienced Accredited Athletics Coaches. These sessions are ideal for all levels of runners and aim to develop your technique and form. Participants are provided with immediate feedback in these interactive sessions that is vital in building better running form.
- Technique analysis, running skills, drills and strength

- Group video and workshop notes provided upon completion
- Sessions run for 2 hours
- Maximum group size 6 people

Our Run Technique Coaches
Melissa is an accredited athletics coach and has an applied science background. She is also an elite runner and former professional triathlete. She has a lot of experience working specifically with run technique.
Sandra is anaccredited athletics coach and has a strong background in exercise physiology. As well as being a run coach Sandra is also a qualified nutritionist and champion marathoner.
