Running Fit Coaching was established in 1998 with the aim of providing the best range of coaching services to runners of all levels. Since then we have helped thousands of runners achieve their goals.
We provide a fantastic variety of sessions on our weekly timetable including long runs, speed work, technique, strength, hills and tempo running.
We cater to runners of all abilities, from the beginner to the seasoned marathoners. We aim to teach runners the importance of balance in training and to enjoy the journey rather than focusing too much on end results. Having said that we do get very good results! There’s nothing wrong with the occasional PB is there?
